  • Built a Telnyx message reconciliation system to detect and update stale "Pending" statuses, reducing unresolved message states and manual debugging.
  • Reduced manual onboarding steps for new customers by automating phone number provisioning after subscription checkout using Telnyx APIs and webhooks.
